This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid subscriptions to Convolyn ("Convolyn," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this policy.
1. Subscriptions are non-refundable
Convolyn is offered on a subscription basis (monthly recurring plans). Payments are billed in advance for each billing period. All payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused message allowance.
We are able to offer a free plan and you can test Convolyn's core functionality before subscribing to a paid plan. We encourage you to evaluate the Service on the free plan to confirm it meets your needs before upgrading.
2. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or billing portal. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after the current period ends.
- You will retain access to your paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining portion of a billing period after cancellation.
3. Failed or duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled — please contact us promptly and we will investigate. Genuine billing errors will be corrected.
4. Exceptions
While our standard policy is that payments are non-refundable, refunds may still be issued where required by applicable law, or at the discretion of our payment provider (which acts as the merchant of record for transactions) in cases such as fraud, unauthorized charges, or chargeback resolution.
