Before you start (1 minute)

Have one thing ready: something for your bot to learn from. That can be a PDF (a brochure, a price list, an FAQ), a chunk of text you paste in, or just your website URL. The more relevant the content, the better the answers — but even a single page is enough to begin.

Step 1 — Create your bot (2 minutes)

Sign in, click New chatbot, and give it a name (e.g. "Acme Support"). That's it — your bot exists. You'll point it at your content next.

Step 2 — Add your knowledge (3 minutes)

Open your bot and add a knowledge source:

• Upload a PDF or text file, or
• Paste content directly, or
• Point it at your website and let Convolyn pull the text.

Step 3 — Make it yours (2 minutes)
